About the Free plan

The Free plan is a fully functional plan — not a trial, not a demo. One recruiter can manage up to five active jobs and three hundred candidate records with access to every core recruitment feature. When your team or candidate volume grows, upgrading to Standard gives you more capacity without changing the way you work.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0 and supports one recruiter, up to five active job postings and up to 300 candidate records. No credit card is required to get started.
What happens when I reach my plan limits?
If you reach the capacity limit for your plan — for example, you have five active jobs on the Free plan — you will need to either close an existing job to make room, or upgrade to a plan with more capacity before creating additional records. No data is automatically deleted when you approach a limit.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can start on the Free plan and upgrade to Standard or Enterprise when your team's needs grow. To initiate an upgrade, contact us through your workspace and we will provision your new plan. An in-product self-serve upgrade flow is planned for a future release.
Are the prices monthly or annual?
All paid plan prices shown are annual subscription prices, payable upfront. The monthly equivalent figure shown for Standard (≈ ₹833/month for India · ≈ $12.40/month internationally) is provided for comparison only — it is not a monthly billing option. There is currently no monthly billing option for paid plans.
Are taxes included in the listed prices?
Indian customers are shown INR pricing; 18% GST is additional where applicable (Standard ₹11,800/year incl. GST; Enterprise ₹23,600/year incl. GST). International visitors are shown USD pricing ($149/year Standard; $299/year Enterprise) with no GST — applicable local taxes depend on the billing country and will be confirmed before any purchase is finalised.
What does "unlimited" mean in Enterprise?
Enterprise removes the stated capacity caps on recruiters, active job postings and candidate records. It does not imply unlimited file storage, infrastructure consumption or email sending beyond what the product supports. Fair use conditions apply, and we will communicate those clearly before you commit.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding charges or hidden costs. The annual subscription price is the complete price for the plan.
